1. The site has been uploaded into the users web directory rather than the root web directory. You can check this by going to www.yourdomain.com/~username where the username is your hosting one. You will need to make sure you set the initial remote directory to /web when you FTP your files.
2. Your home page is not called index.html. It has to be all lower case and .html not .htm as the Server looks for .html before .htm and the holding page has a .html extension
